Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
2. Build and integrate AI-driven solutions leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
3. Contribute to the development of Agentic AI systems, enabling autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows and intelligent automation.
4. Work with Python ecosystems including PySpark for large-scale data processing and AI workflows.
5. Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
6. Integrate Python-based services with enterprise systems including .NET environments.
7. Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
8. Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and code reviews, ensuring high engineering standards.
9. Drive best practices for code quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
10. Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Requirements:

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python with extensive backend and full-stack development experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML-driven projects, including at least two recent AI implementations.
• Hands-on exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, PySpark, and AI orchestration tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Working knowledge of React or Angular.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable application architectures.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to .NET-based systems and enterprise integrations.

Experience:

• 10–15 years of overall software development experience.
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise-grade and AI-driven applications.
