Your Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in converting rental leads into lease agreements, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for our clients. You expand our network and portfolio through proactive prospecting, targeting key partners such as relocation agencies, EU institutions, embassies, and multinational corporations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and convert rental leads through our CRM system to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely maintenance of client interaction records and leasing activities.
  • Foster and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide tailored guidance to clients, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable apartment for their needs.
  • Guide clients through the rental process, from initial inquiry to signed lease agreement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
What We’re Looking For
  • Having a BIV/IPI accreditation (Belgian Institute of Real Estate Professionals) or BIV/IPI Stagiaire
  • Proven experience in account management, real estate, or a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM tools and Office365 (Outlook, Teams, Adobe).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in another language (French, Dutch, and additional languages are highly valued).
