TEAM 💚
You will join the Revenue department, made up of nearly 35 people, whose mission is to generate sustainable growth by supporting strategic accounts through complex sales cycles with high business impact.
Your MENA team is composed of 4 Account Executives. Its role is to grow a portfolio of multi-location clients and prospects through a structured, collaborative full-cycle approach, working closely with Partoo's BDR, Sales Ops, and Customer Success teams.
You will report directly to Vincent Coirier, our Chief Sales Officer.
MISSIONS 🔥
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in accelerating our growth by closing high-impact deals, delivering real value to local businesses, and strengthening our brand presence across MENA.
Consultative Selling
- Understand the unique challenges of each business and demonstrate how Partoo's solutions solve real problems
- Engage the right stakeholders: CMOs, Heads of E-Commerce, Retail/Field Ops, C-Level
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, and closing
- Use MEDDIC and Salesforce to manage your pipeline and forecast with precision
- Generate your own pipeline autonomously (outbound prospecting, dedicated PG days every Tuesday)
- Leverage inbound signals (Slack notifications, inbound meeting requests)
- Partner with CSM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure client satisfaction and long-term growth
- Modern Standard Arabic, MANDATORY (native or bilingual)
- Professional fluency in English
- French, a plus
- At least 6 years of experience as an Account Executive on the MENA region
- Paris
- Strong closing skills and experience selling to multi-site businesses or large accounts
- Autonomous prospecting ability and creativity in pipeline generation
- Analytical, structured and process-driven, with a solid command of CRM (Salesforce)
- Comfortable selling across stakeholders (Marketing, Ops, C-Level) and building long-term trust

Compensation 💸
Proposed Package : 96 000 to 112 000K (global package)
Our compensation grids are built using the Figures tool, based on an internally defined career path with a strong focus on fairness across teams.
A quarterly 360° feedback is conducted with your manager, complemented by an annual compensation review based on performance and behavior.
