$50,000–$55,000 per year | Full-Time | In-Office

iAppraisal is a growing residential and commercial Appraisal Management Company (AMC) based in Austin, Texas. We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Account Manager to support communication between our lender clients and nationwide appraiser panel throughout the appraisal process.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts while delivering exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and assign appraisal orders to our appraiser network
• Serve as the primary point of communication between lenders and appraisers
• Provide timely updates throughout the appraisal process
• Assist with onboarding and registration of appraisers
• Maintain and manage appraiser exclusionary lists
• Reconcile completed appraisal orders for weekly accounting turnover
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
• Help ensure deadlines, compliance standards, and service expectations are consistently met

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
• Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Real estate, mortgage, appraisal, or AMC industry experience is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
  

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of customer service or account management experience preferred
  

Compensation Review

Compensation and performance will be re-evaluated after the initial 90-day introductory period based on performance, growth, and overall fit within the role.

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• In-office position located in Austin, TX
