As a Software Engineer specializing in Elasticsearch, you will build and operate robust search infrastructure to power high-performance data retrieval. You will play a key role in optimizing how large-scale datasets are indexed and queried, ensuring that engineering teams can deliver seamless and relevant search experiences to users.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable Elasticsearch architectures and indexing strategies for complex datasets.
• Optimize search relevance through advanced tuning of analyzers, mappings, and scoring functions.
• Manage and scale production-grade Elasticsearch clusters, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain search-related microservices and integrations using Lucene-based technologies.
• Monitor cluster health and perform capacity planning to support growing data and query volumes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define search requirements and improve data discoverability.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on search infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in building and operating search systems powered by Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in designing index strategies and performing relevance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch cluster management and Lucene.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
