Software Engineer

🚨 Software Developer (AI & Low-Code Platforms) | $120K–$140K | US (Remote) 🚨

We’re partnered with a top-tier global law firm that is setting the pace for AI and technology innovation across the legal space.

They’re building out a modern development function focused on AI-assisted development and citizen-built applications, and are looking for a hands-on Developer to help turn early-stage ideas into secure, scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

💡 What you’ll be doing:

• Taking AI-generated and citizen-built apps and hardening them for production
• Building and maintaining applications across low-code platforms and custom environments
• Conducting code reviews and improving quality across the ecosystem
• Supporting a growing citizen developer community across the business
• Helping evaluate tools and contribute to development standards and infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and improving existing applications

⚙️ Tech environment:

• Claude Code & Codex (AI-assisted / agentic development)
• Airtable (low-code / no-code platform)
• Microsoft Azure (core cloud environment)
• Salesforce (existing ecosystem, less of a focus)

🧠 What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years in software development
• Comfortable working across multiple stacks and platforms
• Experience with code reviews, version control, and modern SDLC practices
• Interest or exposure to AI-assisted development / generated code
• Strong communication skills, able to work directly with non-technical users
• Someone who takes ownership end-to-end, from build through deployment

🌍 Location: US (West Coast preferred, flexible)

💰 Salary: $120K–$140K

This is not a typical developer role. You’ll be working at the intersection of AI, low-code, and enterprise development, helping shape how a global firm enables innovation safely at scale.
