What you'll do

Own the systems everything else runs on. Data pipelines ingesting millions of transactions. Financial analytics and forecasting infrastructure. AI-powered document workflows. APIs that real brands depend on every day.

No ticket queues. No siloed work. You'll ship, see the impact, and do it again.

• 4+ years of production backend or systems engineering
• Strong fundamentals and algorithmic thinking
• Startup mindset, high ownership, low ego
• Fintech, data infra, or workflow automation background is a bonus
• Language agnostic - they hire for how you think and what you've built, not what's on your stack

• $210K to $280K base
• Up to 40% annual bonus
• Early-stage equity
• 5 days onsite in Chelsea, NYC (some flexibility for senior hires)
