About the Role
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of trade customers including builders, contractors, and developers. You’ll work closely with branch operations and internal sales teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while driving sales growth across timber and hardware product categories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
- Conducting regular site visits and maintaining strong client relationships
- Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery outcomes
- Identifying new business opportunities and market growth
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer activity
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales or account management within the trade, building, timber, or construction industries
- Strong knowledge of timber, hardware, or building materials
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Current Queensland Driver’s License
