Account Manager

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across a geographically diverse territory.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow relationships with dealers, shed builders, and key accounts across Queensland
- Identify and win new business opportunities within regional and rural markets
- Drive sales growth through customer engagement, training, and joint marketing activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reporting, and market intelligence insights
- Previous experience in account management, business development, or territory sales
- Strong relationship-building and customer management skills
- Experience working within building products, manufacturing, construction, or similar industries
- Ability to travel across Queensland and manage a geographically dispersed territory
- Exposure to the shed, garage door, agricultural, or industrial product sectors
- Experience working with dealer or reseller networks
- Knowledge of regional and rural Queensland markets
- Technical aptitude, willingness to learn all aspects of our products
