ISC Sales is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager to drive B2B industrial sales growth across HVAC, liquid filtration, compressed air, or static control product lines. This role primarily focuses on account management, pipeline development, quoting, and closing within a technical sales environment.


Location:

  • Onsite — Addison, Texas


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a B2B account portfolio within a defined territory
  • Drive inside sales revenue through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and existing account management
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (HubSpot CRM)
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Develop expertise in industrial products (HVAC, liquid filtration, compressed air, or static control for the division you are assigned)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales quota, margin targets, and KPIs


Qualifications:


Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a sales pipeline
  • 2-4 year undergraduate degree


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)


Compensation & Benefits:

  • On-Target Earnings: $100K+ after the first year
  • 50/50 base + variable compensation structure for the first year
  • Commission payments are based on gross margin
  • Quarterly + annual performance bonuses
