About the Role
You'll own the front end of the sales process. Building relationships, managing your pipeline, running site visits, and closing deals. Once a contract is signed, you hand off to a dedicated Project Manager who handles production and installation.
This role has both inbound leads and room to build your own book. The best fit is someone who's organized, consistent, and genuinely good with people.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound leads and self-generated prospects through HubSpot
- Conduct discovery calls and site visits with prospective clients
- Prepare and send accurate estimates and proposals
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, and property managers
- Close deals, secure deposits, and hand off cleanly to the PM team
- Keep your pipeline updated and activity logged daily
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience — signage, construction, or a related field preferred but not required
- Comfortable managing multiple active deals at once
- HubSpot or comparable CRM experience
- Strong communicator with clients and internal teams
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $800/week base + monthly commission
- Higher commission rate on self-generated leads and referrals
- 10 days PTO after 90 days + 11 paid company holidays
