We are hiring a Software Engineer to join a global financial institution in New York. This is a hybrid role with at least two days per week in the office.


In this position you will be developing, maintaining, and supporting internal banking applications and systems for a leading global bank/asset manager.


Key responsibilities:

  • Build and enhance internal applications and third-party systems
  • Support and manage SQL databases
  • Handle system changes, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with business users to improve system usage
  • Contribute to projects and maintain technical documentation


Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in software development
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular or React
  • Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in financial services
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, or UiPath
  • Familiarity with SWIFT systems
