We are hiring a Software Engineer to join a global financial institution in New York. This is a hybrid role with at least two days per week in the office.
In this position you will be developing, maintaining, and supporting internal banking applications and systems for a leading global bank/asset manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and enhance internal applications and third-party systems
- Support and manage SQL databases
- Handle system changes, upgrades, and issue resolution
- Work closely with business users to improve system usage
- Contribute to projects and maintain technical documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in software development
- Strong SQL skills and experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, Angular or React
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in financial services
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SharePoint, or UiPath
- Familiarity with SWIFT systems
