Full Stack Developer (Don''t apply if you''re not local to CO)

Mandatory (Must-Have)

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
• Strong backend expertise in .NET / C# ( Core, REST APIs)
• Proficiency in React (TypeScript preferred) and modern frontend practices
• Solid experience with SQL, databases, and stored procedures
• Experience with workflow/orchestration tools (Power Automate, Logic Apps, Airflow, etc.)
• Hands-on API integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, internal platforms)
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations (LLMs, model APIs, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting/integration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, security)
• Ability to collaborate with AI, data, and business stakeholders

• Experience with SharePoint development (SPFx, portals, integrations)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code)
• Knowledge of analytics/BI tools and data consumption patterns
• Experience in large enterprise (Fortune 100) environments
• Domain experience in Sales, Retention, or Call Center systems
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Copilot, CodeWhisperer)
• Understanding of cost optimization and performance tuning in cloud
