The Team & How They Connect
You will join a collaborative sales team focused on the recruit, educate, and grow model to support our accounting partners. The team works closely with technical specialists to present end-to-end workflow solutions and partners with the wider business to facilitate peer-to-peer networking events.
The team is currently working on
- Recruiting and landing new accounting partners to expand the Xero channel.
- Developing and driving cloud strategies within your allocated territory to help partners transition to online systems.
- Generating a pipeline of qualified opportunities through quarterly planning and proactive outbound engagement.
- Maintaining high-level account hygiene and activity tracking within Salesforce.

- You bring a genuine enthusiasm for building new relationships and can quickly establish rapport with professional partners.
- Your background includes experience in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment where you have successfully managed sales cycles.
- You possess a solutions-driven mindset and the initiative to work autonomously to achieve defined targets.
- Having a solid understanding of accounting practice workings or competitor software platforms would be a great advantage.
- You have a track record of using consultative selling techniques to articulate the value of digital products.
- Your approach is process-driven, ensuring that CRM data and partner information are always accurate and up to date.
