Description

As Key Account Manager you will take full ownership of building the UK market - identifying opportunities, winning new business, and developing key customer relationships from the ground up.

Home base remote role in the UK reporting to head office in Europe

Remit:

  • Drive new business acquisition across the UK market
  • Develop and grow key accounts into long-term partnerships
  • Identify opportunities across multiple sectors, including:
    • Hygiene
    • Filters
    • Bedding / mattresses
    • Packaging
    • Furniture
  • Deliver consultative, solution-led sales, working closely with customers to match adhesive products to applications
  • Build a sustainable pipeline across diverse industrial markets
  • Act as the UK face of the business, working autonomously while collaborating with European teams

Profile

A successful Key Account Manager should have:

Commercial potential + Technical credibility and background within:

    • Adhesives, chemicals, polymers, or related materials
  • Could be:
    • Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management
    • OR a technical / applications / lab-based professional looking to transition into a commercial role
  • Preferred education: Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or similar
  • #Strong commercial drive with the ability to build new markets
  • Comfortable operating in a standalone, high-autonomy role
  • Able to engage customers at both technical and commercial levels
  • Ambitious, motivated, and keen to take ownership of growth
