We are seeking a high-calibre Account Executive (Hunter) to drive new business acquisition within a large, strategic enterprise account. This role is focused on originating and closing net-new opportunities, with a clear emphasis on revenue growth and Total Contract Value (TCV).

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute sales professional with a strong track record in IT services and digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within a complex enterprise environment
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline, aligned to TCV growth objectives
  • Establish and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple business units
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and closure
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively position IT consulting and digital transformation capabilities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting


Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in a hunter sales role, with a consistent record of new business acquisition
  • Strong background in IT consulting, IT services, or digital transformation sales
  • Proven ability to close large, complex deals and deliver measurable TCV growth
  • Experience operating within enterprise-level organisations and navigating matrixed environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in French and English
