One of our clients, an entertainment industry business firm that has been in Franklin for 20 years, is hiring an Accountant/Account Manager. Their prestigious roster includes recording artists, entertainers, songwriters, and music producers. The salary is up to $75,000 base plus bonus. The position is on-site in downtown Franklin for the first year from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Then it will be hybrid for 1 day after 1 year, and then 2 days hybrid after 2 years. There is a $300 monthly stipend for health insurance. This is a permanent direct-hire position.

Responsibilities Of The Accountant/Account Manager

• The Accountant will manage a roster of entertainment clientele and will work with Business Managers in the day-to-day management of finance & administration duties
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
• Perform bookkeeping duties, including AP, AR, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets
• Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
• Onboard clients and assist with a variety of projects
• Use AgilLink software
