Full Stack Software Engineer

Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Uptown Dallas office to build and ship production applications that support legal professionals. This position will handle frontend development, cloud infrastructure, and deployment — taking features from code to production reliably and quickly.

What You'll Do

• Build polished, responsive user interfaces using React,and TypeScript.
• Develop backend APIs and services using Python and FastAPI.
• Responsible for the deployment pipeline — CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and production releases on Azure.
• Manage cloud infrastructure including containerized services, networking, monitoring, and scaling.
• Ship features end-to-end: plan, build, test, deploy, and monitor in production.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate intelligent capabilities into production applications.
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code that others can maintain and extend.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, strategy, design, and technical teammates to deliver shipped products.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of software development experience with strong project-based work.
• Experience building and shipping web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Working knowledge of Python and backend API development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment — Azure preferred, AWS or GCP also valuable.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience taking code from local development through staging to production.
• Experience using GitHub in a collaborative workflow.
• Ability to learn quickly, troubleshoot independently, and work in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non-technical teammates.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on an AI-powered product or integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production applications.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Experience building production CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting in production environments.
