What will you deliver?
- Act as the primary interface between Equans, Landsec’s Aspire governance bodies and occupiers.
- Own the end‑to‑end management of services and activities funded by the Aspire membership levy, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed governance, priorities and KPIs.
- Coordinate inputs to governance forums (e.g. programme/steering groups, review meetings), ensuring transparent performance, financial and risk reporting.
- Champion the HALO / social value / community impact elements of the programme, ensuring tangible outcomes for stakeholders as described in the governance approach.
- Manage the budget activity, including forecasting, tracking spend, and evidencing value.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders (client teams, tenants/occupiers, partners, community organisations) to deliver shared outcomes.

- Significant experience in one or more of: Account management in FM, property services, multi‑technical services, or outsourced services.
- Client relationship management with large corporate/real‑estate owners or landlords.
- Proven track record of: Operating within structured governance environments with regular performance and financial reporting.
- Experience preparing and presenting performance reports and dashboards to steering groups, boards or senior stakeholders.
- Experience in a multi‑site or campus‑style estate (e.g. large commercial portfolios, mixed‑use estates, urban campuses).
- Previous experience within a Landlord–Tenant–Service Provider model similar to Landsec–occupier–Equans relationships.
- Strong understanding of contractual obligations, SLAs and KPIs and how they are governed, monitored and reported.
- Ability to translate governance requirements into practical processes (e.g. reporting cycles, approvals, documentation
- Ability to translate strategic priorities from the governance framework into specific workstreams and deliverables for delivery teams.
