This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep business expertise and a sharp analytical mind.

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Build advanced case studies and quantitative problems spanning DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, cap table modeling, and more
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses that incorporate financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, Porter's Five Forces, 5Cs), and executive-level rationales — the benchmark AI learns from
• Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and professional soundness
• Sharpen AI Thinking — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning, such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables, and provide structured, actionable feedback

• Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational expertise in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style recommendations
• Detail-oriented when reviewing financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments
• No prior AI or tech experience required

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience writing business cases, investment memos, or executive briefings
