About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Account Executive looking to collaborate with Senior Brokers on diverse and complex accounts. In this role, you will be an integral member of a team providing tailored risk solutions and service excellence.

A Day in the Life

• Develop relationships with Corporate clients
• Provide day-to-day and renewal support on a corporate client portfolio
• Development of your risk and insurance product knowledge
• Build strong partnerships with underwriters
• Manage portfolio budgets, business plans, and debtors
• Support team new business growth

• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• Ideally at least 18-24 months prior experience working with either Corporate or Mid-market products
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional, and confident with stakeholders
• Practical & service-first approach
• Proactive, helpful, and driven to hit team goals
