Our client is a growing technology-driven organization specializing in industrial reliability, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring solutions. They partner with enterprise clients across industries such as mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, and industrial operations, helping businesses improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and asset performance through innovative solutions and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with enterprise clients across mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, ports, and industrial sectors
- Drive new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
- Promote and sell industrial reliability and condition monitoring solutions
- Understand client operational challenges and provide consultative solutions
- Work closely with technical and internal teams to support solution delivery
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Maintain strong client engagement and identify long-term growth opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion in the region
Requirements
- Experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Technical Sales, or Enterprise Sales
- Exposure to industrial solutions, mining, automation, reliability, predictive maintenance, or condition monitoring industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to engage with enterprise-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
- Experience working with clients in heavy industry, manufacturing, ports, or mining is highly preferred
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing both new business and existing accounts
- Based in Sydney or open to working within New South Wales
