What’s the Opportunity?

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior sales role with a fast-growing global company, operating at the forefront of the flexible workspace industry. Based in Sydney, you’ll take ownership of high-value, complex transactions, helping businesses secure the right office solutions across Australia and globally.


This is a high-impact role where you’ll be trusted to drive revenue, own key relationships, and influence market growth.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Convert high-quality inbound opportunities, while managing your pipeline
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close
  • Build and manage relationships with enterprise clients, landlords, and workspace operators across Sydney
  • Lead client consultations, office tours and providing strategic advice on workspace solutions
  • Drive revenue through strong pipeline management, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Negotiate confidently on commercial terms and complex deals
  • Partner closely with workspace providers to deliver the best outcomes for clients and maximise deal value
  • Contribute to the growth of the ANZ market, sharing insights and supporting team performance


Who Are We Looking For?

  • Sales experience in within commercial real estate or flexible workspace
  • Strong track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Highly commercial with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • A natural relationship builder with strong client-facing experience
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking to learn and improve
  • Tech-savvy, with confidence using CRM systems and sales tools
  • A genuine team player who contributes to a high-performing and fun culture
  • Self-motivated, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Existing network across landlords, developers, or flex operators in Sydney
  • Salesforce experience
  • Interest in mentoring or stepping into future leadership opportunities
