Account Executive– Connectd

Location: London (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office) Techspace Aldgate East – 32-38 Leman St, E1 8EW Hours: 2pm–10pm (Fridays until 5:30pm) Salary: £35,000 base, OTE £70,000 uncapped (accelerator-heavy commission)

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients—primarily executive-level advisors and NEDs—using a consultative, relationship-driven approach1
  • INBOUND ONLY – out the cycle demo to close (average 20-day cycle),
  • Run circa 100 demos/ month
  • Present and sell Connectd’s innovative advisory and subscription programs, including “Transition to Portfolio” for NEDs.
  • Maintain meticulous records and use a process-driven approach to not just hit, but exceed targets1.


What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • 1–3 years’ outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar), ideally selling to executive-level clients in B2C or subscription-based models1.
  • Track record of resilience, motivation, and a hunger for financial and career growth.
  • Experience with US/international teams is a plus.
  • Consultative sales mindset: you love building relationships, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Intellectually curious, coachable, and energized by working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment1.
  • Driven by results and excited by the prospect of uncapped commission and rapid progression.
