As we continue our expansion into the European market in 2025, we鈥檙e looking for high-impact Account Executives to drive growth in our UK market. With strong product-market fit and increasing demand, this role is critical to our success in the region. About The Role
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets within the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Own the full sales cycle, with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities. Your main focus will be outbound.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to tailor solutions that resonate with clients.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape our European expansion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
- Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Fluency in English. Any additional language fluency with French, Spanish, or Italian is a bonus.
- You鈥檙e a results-driven, proactive individual with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a fast-growth environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt in a dynamic, evolving market.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
