Purpose of Position
The Revenue & Pricing Analyst, Senior is responsible for evaluating revenue strategies & new product offerings, identifying cost saving opportunities, maximizing margin, tracking performance, and presenting monthly strategy updates to senior management. This role will collaborate extensively with sales, operations, fulfilment and finance departments to advise management on performance, pricing trends and make recommendations to increase profitable charter revenue. The Revenue & Pricing Analyst maintain proper controls (Revenue Policy), lead strategic analysis, and enhance Sales Training.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Optimizes the use of the EJM 135 aircraft to grow profitable charter revenue in consideration of utility, pricing, and Owner expectations.
- Collaborates with the Charter and Fulfilment Solutions department to monitor short and long term demand trends for strategic opportunities in dynamic pricing. Establishes competitive pricing based on analysis of fleet and vendor availability.
- Develops whole aircraft management pricing and product strategies aligned with the financial and strategic objectives of the business. Monitors the financial returns of the current managed fleet, identifies outliers, and suggests necessary changes to leadership.
- Creates and implements new custom products and pricing opportunities to grow retail 135 fleet.
- Ensure all product information is properly integrated with internal systems and properly documented in the Revenue Policy.
- Present updates to senior management with reporting of performance, status of strategy changes and investments, and proposals for margin or revenue improvement.
- Study competitive offerings to enhance EJM charter programs, as well as inform leadership on emerging trends.

- Charter and aviation experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with EXCEL, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
