Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hebron, KY. As a Landscape Account Manager/Sales professional, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining long-term relationships, and promoting NKY Lawn Pros’ services. Day-to-day tasks will include meeting clients to assess their landscaping needs, providing tailored recommendations, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also have a role in expanding the company's client base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance, Landscaping and snow removal.
• Experience in Irrigation systems and their maintenance
• Knowledge of Landscape Design principles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure quality service delivery
• Prior experience with sales, account management, or client relations is a plus
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in landscaping is an advantage
