Software Engineer

A leading global aerospace and defense company is looking for a Software Engineer. You will join a collaborative Agile team of innovators to create cutting-edge, real-time processing solutions that power the next generation of mission-critical products. Working alongside domain experts, you will translate requirements into robust architectures and high-quality code.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing real-time processing solutions using Object Oriented C++.
• Translating complex requirements into robust software architectures and elegant designs.
• Writing high-quality code and building comprehensive unit tests to ensure system reliability.
• Supporting seamless integration and long-term sustainment of mission-critical products.
• Collaborating within an Agile environment using tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Object Oriented C++ software development.
• Proficiency working within a Linux environment and using configuration management tools.
• Experience with automated test tools, techniques, and static code analysis.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and legal authorization to work in the United States.
