Job Title: Account Manager – IT Staffing (BFSI) | C2H Hiring
Location: Mumbai & Bangalore
Experience: 5 TO 18 yrs.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in IT staffing, specifically handling BFSI clients. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment delivery for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key BFSI client accounts for IT staffing requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for C2H roles
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams
- Ensure timely delivery and closure of open positions
- Build strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide hiring updates
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain pipeline, reports, and track performance metrics
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT Staffing (mandatory)
- Exposure to BFSI clients (International Banking Clients only -)
- Strong understanding of C2H hiring model
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling clients in Mumbai/Bangalore markets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Sales/Account growth mindset
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
