Sales Representative (Commercial Construction)

📍 San Antonio, TX (Onsite)- north of Downtown- by the Zoo!

💼 Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity


Compensation & Schedule

  • Base Salary: $70K per year, plus $20K per year in quarterly bonuses
  • Total Comp: $150K+ (Year 1 OTE with commission & bonuses)
  • Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401(k)
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role

Our client, a stable and growing Division 10 contractor in the commercial construction space, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their San Antonio team. This role is highly relationship-driven, focused on managing inbound business, supporting long-term customers, and building product expertise.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new commercial customers
  • Manage inbound orders and process purchase orders (POs)
  • Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide pricing and product details
  • Send price sheets (Excel) and quotes to customers
  • Use QuickBooks and internal systems to manage transactions
  • Help identify and coordinate with contractors/installers for projects
  • Develop strong knowledge of Division 10 products (e.g., restroom accessories, hand dryers, etc.)
  • Support warehouse operations to gain hands-on product understanding
  • Conduct occasional outbound outreach (minimal cold calling ~2%)
  • Deliver fast, high-quality customer service
  • Complete a structured 6-month onboarding period to learn product catalog, pricing (100+ price lists), customer base, and internal processes


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience within commercial construction products
  • Division 10 or related commercial construction experience is REQUIRED
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Excel
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, order-driven environment
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to learn products in the warehouse
