Compensation & Work Style
- Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (Base salary, excluding bonuses) *Eligible for a sign on bonus, though that is not guaranteed.
- Work Style: Hybrid * After the initial training period, employees are expected to work in the office 24 hours per week, with the remaining hours flexible for remote work.
- Training Period: For the first approximately 90 days, daily on-site attendance is required to ensure smooth onboarding and comprehensive product training.
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Travel: Ability to travel 30–40% of the time for customer and partner visits.

Key Responsibilities
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional market conditions and company goals.
- Partner Management: Act as the primary contact for distributor HQs and key branches (e.g., Arrow, Avnet, Future, TTI).
- Demand Creation: Drive sales opportunities through quoting support, design-in initiatives, and reference designs.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to track performance, pipeline, and market share.
Qualifications
- Experience:2–7 years of relevant sales experience, specifically in the electronics industry.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of board-level electronic components (capacitors, inductors, filters, etc.).
- Channel Expertise: Proven track record managing distribution channel strategies and relationships.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel skills are essential).
- Language: Japanese or Spanish skills are a significant plus.

- Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
