Software Engineer

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data — not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

• Work across the full stack on features that directly impact client outcomes
• Build and maintain automation systems, internal tools, and platform infrastructure
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI agent frameworks into production workflows
• Write clean, well-tested code that other engineers can build on top of
• Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) as a core part of your development process — not a novelty

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Is comfortable working across backend and frontend when needed
• Writes code that's readable, tested, and built to last
• Has genuine experience using AI tools to accelerate development
• Takes ownership — you don't wait to be told what to fix

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python, async frameworks, Docker
• Familiarity with web scraping or browser automation
• Exposure to LLM-based workflows or AI agent frameworks
