External Account Manager Pharma

🚀 Your responsibilities
As part of our Pharma team, you will:
- Develop and grow existing key accounts (Gold / Silver / Bronze), maximizing sales through cross-selling and value-based pricing
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
- Plan and execute customer visits, manage negotiations and close commercial agreements
- Respond to RFQs and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Analyze customer potential and define actionable growth plans
- Lead and coordinate customer-related projects and initiatives
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accurate reporting
- We are looking for a commercial and proactive professional with:
- Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (ideally in pharma, chemicals or related industry)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent English and Catalan (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP or similar tools is a plus
