Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a High-Net-Worth (HNW) Account Manager located at Barnsgrove in Greywell, Hampshire, with flexibility for remote work. The HNW Account Manager will manage relationships with UHNW clients and family offices, providing tailored insurance solutions that safeguard their unique assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, offering personalised risk management advice, preparing competitive quotations, managing renewals, and addressing client inquiries promptly and with the utmost professionalism. The role requires collaboration with both clients and insurers to ensure outstanding service delivery and the highest standards of protection.

Qualifications & Skillset


  • Strong expertise in insurance placement, policy structure, and claims handling within high-value personal lines.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to analyse client risks and develop bespoke insurance strategies to meet individual needs.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients and insurers.
  • Proficiency in using broker management systems and general computer applications.
  • Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
  • A deep understanding of the UHNW market and the specific insurance challenges it presents is a significant advantage.
  • Cert CII is desirable
  • Acturis experience is essential
  • Positive attitude & an ambitious mindset are encouraged
