Software Engineer

A staffing partner of ours is seeking a highly skilled software developer for their Banking client

Salary offered $60-65k per year

• Application development — Design, implement, and maintain software using languages such as Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar.
• System architecture — Contribute to designing scalable, modular, and maintainable system components.
• Code quality — Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Debugging and optimization — Troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and ensure system reliability.
• API and service integration — Build and maintain RESTful or event‑driven services and integrate third‑party APIs.
• Testing and automation — Develop unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high‑quality releases.
• DevOps collaboration — Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Documentation — Maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Cross‑team collaboration — Partner with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver features.

• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
