Software Engineer (Apache Flink) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer specializing in Apache Flink, you will develop real-time stream processing applications to handle complex data flows. You will be responsible for building event-driven systems that perform stateful computations and windowing operations at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance stream processing applications using Apache Flink and Java.
• Implement complex event processing logic, including windowing, watermarks, and state management.
• Optimize Flink jobs for low latency, high throughput, and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate streaming solutions into broader event-driven architectures.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of real-time data processing through rigorous testing and performance tuning.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or Stream Processing.
• Proven expertise in developing real-time stream processing applications using Apache Flink.
• Proficiency in Java and handling complex event processing, windowing, and stateful computations.
• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
