As a Software Engineer specializing in Rust and Blockchain, you will create high-performance decentralized applications and core infrastructure components. You will play a key role in building secure and scalable solutions on Rust-based protocols, ensuring the integrity and efficiency of blockchain networks.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop decentralized programs and smart contracts using Rust on the Solana platform.
  • Build and maintain custom blockchain runtimes and parachains utilizing the Substrate framework.
  • Implement robust and secure logic for on-chain execution and state management.
  • Optimize blockchain components for high throughput, low latency, and resource efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate Rust-based modules into broader ecosystem architectures.
  • Conduct thorough testing and security audits of blockchain code to ensure production-grade reliability.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain development.
  • Proven expertise in developing on Rust-based blockchain platforms such as Solana, Polkadot, or Substrate.
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing smart contracts or runtime modules in Rust.
  • Deep understanding of decentralized architectures, consensus mechanisms, and non-EVM ecosystems.
  • Strong background in systems programming and memory management.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
