Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for LabWare LIMS incidents and problems
- Administer, configure and maintain the LabWare LIMS application and its code base
- Design, configure and support LabWare Visual Workflows and instrument interface
- Develop, maintain and debug LIMS Basic scripts and subroutines
- Create and maintain Crystal Reports and related reporting configurations
- Manage BAU LIMS activities including user access, permissions and static data changes
- Prioritize work based on business impact and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate system, configuration and support documentation
- Liaise with LabWare and third-party suppliers where required
- Act as a point of contact for technical queries and bridge the gap between business and IT teams
What you’ll bring:
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience supporting and administering LIMS
- Proven experience delivering Level 3 / third-line application support for LIMS and other Laboratory applications
- Understanding Lab workflows and experience working within a lab
- Strong experience with LIMS Basic coding, instrument interface development
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding and experience of external interfaces from LIMS
- Knowledge and experience with ITIL concepts
- Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Visual Workflows
- Experience supporting audit or compliance-related systems
