You’ll be r esponsible for day-to-day supervision, assigning, and reviewing the work of A ccount M anagement S pecialist. You will o versee and assist account management specialists in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries, shipment monitoring, and resolving issues or complaints. Handles difficult, complex or sensitive account problems and delinquency issues; coordinates other account management daily activities and a variety of tasks relative to assigned area of responsibilit y .

What you'll do

  • Monitors all shipments and ensure to close all the shipments on or before 15th of the month.
  • Prepares the delivery performance per account every 20th of the following month.
  • Compiles the year-to-date volume and revenue of all the handled accounts.
  • Monitors all the unsettled/pending shipments and give the final recommendation to close those transactions.
  • Monitors outbound, inbound cargo, pending cargo and problematic cargo.
  • Monitors Incident Report sending for those issues with discrepancies during the delivery.
  • Coordinates to the involve departments and/or branches the discrepancy reported during the delivery or any discrepancy reported per account for proper and final dispositions
  • Responds to the email escalation form other departments and branches regarding the cargo inquiries under the handled accounts.
  • Prepares presentation material for business review with the client and attend coordination
  • Coordinates with clients regarding the pending and problematic transactions.
  • Ensures claims related issue are properly reported and coordinated to claims team
  • Attends the Business review with the clients, Monthly Meeting and/or Emergency Meeting with the clients.
  • Prepares the admin reports, such as team KPI, Accruals, Dated Monthly Volume and Revenue, and Delivery Performance.
  • Conducts internal meeting with the Account Representative to discuss and resolve the recurring issues and any changes on the process for the guidance.
  • Monitors Subcon manpower productivity and validates Manpower Monthly Billing.
  • Prepares Master Operating Procedure (MOP) for new accounts and updates the MOP per year for exisiting accounts.
