We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition, partner activation, and revenue growth for the organization.

This hybrid role will bridge the pipeline generation (market growth) with direct revenue generation (closing deals). You will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and actively pitching and converting leads into closed sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients across target industries including Fintech, IT, E-commerce, Finance, startups, and other growth sectors.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
  • Lead discovery meetings with potential clients to understand hiring needs, business objectives, timelines, and recruitment success metrics.
  • Develop and present tailored recruitment, headhunting, and talent acquisition solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and successfully close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Partner Activation & Relationship Management
  • Identify and activate strategic business partners and employer accounts within assigned markets or territories.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client and partner relationships to maximize retention and account growth.
  • Conduct product presentations, platform demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training to help clients maximize the value of Bossjobs services.
  • Provide ongoing account support and proactively address client concerns to strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance & Revenue Achievement
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of client hiring challenges and recommend effective recruitment and talent solutions.
  • Handle objections effectively, manage sales pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across recruitment, employer branding, and headhunting services.
  • Market Expansion & Growth Contribution
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to support Bossjobs expansion and evolving business priorities.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to implement strategies that support regional growth and new business exploration, including executive search and headhunting initiatives.
  • Remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment and contribute beyond core responsibilities when necessary to support business growth.
  • Travel & Field Engagement
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, industry activities, and business visits as required.
  • Be open to occasional travel to support business development, partner engagement, and sales activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, recruitment sales, staffing, or B2B partnerships.
  • 1 to 3 years previous experience in headhunting, recruitment agency, executive search, or talent acquisition services is a strong advantage.
  • Strong client management, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.
  • Experience in recruitment technology, HR solutions, SaaS, or hiring platforms is a plus.
