Your Key Responsibilities
Company:
Eco-Adapt is an innovative start-up in the field of industrial IoT and energy efficiency, which joined the Schaeffler Group in 2023. We have developed 2 solutions (Hardware and Software) enabling:
- Energy consumption monitoring for Industry 4.0,
- Predictive maintenance of rotating machines to optimize the availability of industrial assets.
We are based in the heart of Paris (9th arrondissement), with a young team of around 30 people, and are looking to continue our development by finding our future Key Account / Partnership Manager who will enable us to achieve our growth ambition through one of our main partners.
Mission:
To support the growth of its business, Eco-Adapt is creating a position for a Key Account / Partnership Manager. Reporting to the Industry Business Development Director, you will be in charge of managing a framework contract that ties us to a strategic partner and will be responsible for the business volume generated through this sales channel.
Responsibilities:
Contractual Management:
- Manage the operation of the framework contract
- Structure new projects and ensure successful execution
- Maintain constant contact with the client and remove barriers to increase business volume
- Ensure product adoption by our partner's teams, for instance by coordinating training for sales and technical support teams
- Assist sales teams on complex business deals
- Provide our R&D department's development roadmap with qualified needs emerging from our partner or end-users
- Identify, structure, and launch projects to adapt our technology and enhance our partner's product range
- French engineering degree from a Group A+/A
- Fluency in technical subjects and strong interest in technological products and Industry 4.0 topics.
- 2-6 years of experience in strategy and/or transformation consulting with a willingness to evolve in a "deep tech" context.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Dynamic temperament and excellent interpersonal skills to convince and gain support
- Ability to seize opportunities for developing new products and sales channels
- Strong problem solving and synthesis capability
- Pragmatism and a culture of efficiency
- Autonomy, ability to self-organize
