Responsibilities
- Support the marketing and renewal process, including drafting and preparing client renewal proposals, as needed
- Process policy endorsements accurately and in a timely manner
- Issue certificates of insurance, evidences of coverage, and ID cards
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping systems, databases, and client records
- Process non-pay cancellations and assist in resolving billing-related issues
- Provide exceptional customer service by managing client needs through timely and successful resolution
- Assist with general administrative and miscellaneous duties, as needed
- 1+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred
- Active New Jersey Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with agency management systems and carrier portals preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business and organizational needs
