Job Description – Account Executive (AP/AR & Vendor Management)

Role Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Management activities with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments (AP)
  • Generate customer invoices and follow up on collections (AR)
  • Maintain vendor records and coordinate on billing and payments
  • Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Support monthly closing and basic financial reporting

Requirements

  • Graduated in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting operations (freshers may be considered)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST
  • Familiarity with Tally/Zoho or similar tools is a plus
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
