Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and hunt new customers through active canvassing and networking
- Generate and qualify leads for IT solutions (HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, and other software products)
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and after-sales coordination
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales / IT Business Consulting
- Proven experience selling IT solutions such as HRIS, IT Security, Cloud, or similar software products
- Strong experience in new customer acquisition, hunting, and canvassing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
