Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients to understand their needs and ensure service excellence.

- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions to secure profitable agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and provide insights to senior management regarding account health and potential risks.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
