Physicians’ Choice Infusion Pharmacy is a state-of-the-art sterile compounding pharmacy experiencing strong growth as it expands its footprint in peptides and other specialized compounds, particularly GLP-1 medications.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Bedford, TX. The candidate will manage existing relationships and foster partnerships with new healthcare providers/clinics/med spas. The Account Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and align business strategies with client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, with experience in communication, negotiation, and resolving customer concerns
- Business development experience, including achieving targets and identifying growth opportunities
- Ability to collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service and build strategic partnerships
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic technical skills to manage client data and reporting
- Healthcare, home infusion, or pharmacy experience is a plus
Compensation
$21–$24/hour base + commission (uncapped earning potential)
