As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, building long-term relationships with HVAC professionals across the country to understand their needs and connect them with the right refrigerant solutions for their business. This is a relationship-driven role where your expertise, drive, and follow-through will determine your success. This is an onsite office role based in Houston, Texas.
· Develop and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of accounts nationwide
· Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow your territory
· Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
· Serve as a trusted product and industry resource for your customers navigating the AIM Act
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM system
· HVACR industry experience and/or knowledge of refrigerants and their applications is a strong advantage
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to grow professionally
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Base salary + Uncapped Commission | Health, Dental, PTO upon conversion to full-time
Contract to Full-Time, 90-day contract period
