What Your Role Entails

Drive business growth by identifying and developing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones. Ensure smooth execution through coordination with internal teams, maintain strong customer relationships, manage receivables and inventory effectively, and provide regular business updates while aligning with organizational goals.


Job Responsibilities

1. Identify the Key Accounts based on their growth Potential

2. Focus on acquiring new emerging accounts, Competition accounts and retaining existing accounts

3. Co-ordination with Branch Team for smooth executions

4. Monthly Business Reports submission to the Reporting Manager.

5. Ensure strict implementation of the Receivable Management.

6.Guidelines in consultation with the reporting manager and ensure adherence to the DBO Goals

7.Ensure Inventory Management with respect to Forecast Accuracy and No of Days of Inventory.

8.Close coordination and prompt response to Key account Customers and avoid escalations.


Job Qualification

  • You should hold B.E/ Diploma Mechanical.
  • A proven track record of 6-12 years in channel sales - VRF & Ductable product knowledge.


Where you’ll be

This role is based in Bangalore, India and will involve handling the entire South Zone
