Software Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as an Entry-Level AI Automation Engineer focused on chatbot and conversational AI development. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, and building intelligent user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in computer science, hands-on internship experience, and an interest in designing, developing, and optimizing AI-powered chatbot solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered chatbot and automation solutions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define chatbot requirements and user flows
• Integrate chatbots with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms
• Assist in training and fine-tuning NLP and conversational AI models
• Monitor chatbot performance and improve accuracy, usability, and automation workflows
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize chatbot functionality
• Document development processes, configurations, and best practices
• Stay current with emerging AI, automation, and conversational technologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher
• Completion of at least one internship in software engineering, AI, automation, machine learning, or a related technical area
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and software development fundamentals
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, or chatbot frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLMs, or workflow automation tools
• Personal, academic, or internship projects related to AI automation or conversational systems
• Knowledge of Git/version control and Agile development practices
