Account Executive

This is a high-impact sales role within a rapidly evolving automotive technology space. You’ll work directly with business leaders to understand how their operations run today and where there’s opportunity to improve performance, visibility, and efficiency.

This role is built for someone who is hungry, driven, and ready to own their pipeline. If you like building relationships, asking the right questions, and closing deals, you’ll do well here. ONSITE ROLE.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and in-person meetings
• Connect with decision-makers to understand business challenges and operational gaps
• Lead consultative sales conversations and position solutions aligned to client needs
• Deliver customized demos and presentations that clearly communicate value
• Manage the full sales cycle from first touch through close
• Own pricing conversations and negotiate agreements
• Stay informed on industry trends and bring insights into client conversations
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to implementation

Required Qualifications

• Sales experience required (automotive, SaaS, or related industry preferred)
• Proven ability or strong desire to build pipeline and close business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Naturally curious with the ability to understand how a business operates
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Willingness to travel within territory up to 40%

Compensation:

Base range of $55,000 - $72,000 (dependent on experience)

On-target earnings of $130K – $150K (base + commission at 100% quota attainment)
